Stafford has been on fire as of late. The winter blues are done, and bass are moving into the shallows to spawn as water temps warm. Jigs, dropshots, Keitechs, and T-rigged creature baits are all pulling fish, with a couple of 7+ pounders reported this week. The bite throughout the rest of April should remain very good.
The fall action at Stafford has been solid. Bass are aggressive, hitting mainly dropshots and Senkos, with a decent topwater bite in the mornings on prop baits. Not many fish over a pound though.
