Lake Lagunitas Fishing Overview

Water Description

Lake Lagunitas holds the distinction of being the oldest and smallest of the seven reservoirs providing water to the Marin Municipal Water District. The lake's foremost attraction is its rainbow trout fishery. Despite the occasional reports of fish being caught, information regarding the regular stocking of the lake remains limited. As with all lakes in Marin County, boating and water contact are strictly prohibited.
