Carbon Canyon Park offers fishing at its small 4 acre lake in the heart of Orange County. The lake is stocked with trout and catfish (winter/summer) and is well known for producing giant carp. Bass are also in the lake, but fishing action for bass isn't as common as other park lakes in the area. Beyond fishing, the park offers hiking, picnic tables, restrooms, and more.
