Florence’s trout fishery typically kicks off after the ice melts in May. Brown trout are the primary trout species at Florance, with rainbow trout being secondary. Boat anglers often find success trolling along the western shore. Shoreline anglers will find action in the same area... casting along the western side of the lake.
