Bullards Bar is kicking out plenty of kokanee right now, but most are small... below 12 inches. A few 14–15 inchers have been picked up, but they’re rare. Fish are stacked around 30–40 feet and hitting best early in the day. Wiggle hoochies behind dodgers in pink or orange are getting the most attention. Troll tight to points, ledges, and coves—fish are schooling up in pockets. The spotted bass bite has been very good as they gorge on kokanee. Dropshots and swimbaits are getting the most attention.
