Bullard’s Bar is still kicking out quality kokanee for this time of year, with reports of many fish over 12 inches. The best action has been between 20 and 50 feet, and schools are thick on sonar. Smaller presentations have been best—tiny hoochies or small spinners paired with orange or pink dodgers are still the most productive. The spotted bass bite has been very good as well, and now's the time to target the bigger fish. Bullards Bar spots are known to get huge (some double-digits), and these monsters feed heavily on kokanee, so kokanee-colored swimbaits or glide-baits are the ticket.
