No trout stocks since the end of December, but the bass bite should be picking up shortly. The largemouth are easing into prespawn mode, and a few have been spotted in the shallows. Subtle finesse presentations have been most effective, as the fish are still acting hesitant. The warming weather will only improve their aggression.
