The action at Gregory has been quiet for a couple of months now, with no stockings since mid-December. However, the recent rains sparked a bit of activity, with a few quality rainbows in the 4 to 5 pound range reported over the past week. With the annual trout derby set for April 19, at least one or two more stockings are expected before then. For now, your best bet is soaking PowerBait or trolling spoons on the south end of the lake.
