Smaller largemouth are active and eating well from shore, with drop-shots and small crankbaits working well. Topwater has been good in the mornings (especially if there's fog)... poppers along rocky points and frogs in the brush are drawing higher quality fish.
Trout are basically done for the season, but a few leftover stockers are still nipping at worms and Powerbait.
Beware of trespassing citations if you do decide to risk fishing before July 1.

Smaller shad-style swimbaits and 4.5” dropshot worms are working well for numbers, but bigger trout-pattern swimbaits are getting the larger fish, especially since the recent trout plant. That said, trout action has been underwhelming; PowerBait and nightcrawlers are still getting a few. Crappie bite is picking up fast with the warmer water. Small tubes and jigs.
