Camanche received another massive Lassen trout plant in early April, and fishing has continued to be elite. Trollers are still getting the most action on the main lake, mainly on Rapalas and spoon-type lures. Bank casters are taking advantage of the trout plant at South Pond.

Beautiful weather and water temps are warming. Here comes the bass. Plenty of fish moving shallow getting ready to spawn. Both finesse and reaction lures are catching'em... so go ahead and experiment.
