Headed up to Yorty Creek. Arrived at Yorty at 1130a - late start today. The bite has definitely picked up compared to last couple of weeks. Altogether, caught about 15 fish today. Mostly dinkers. Five were large enough to document and pose for a quick photo. Back they went, to fight another day. Caught all but one, with a Keitech Swing Impact Fat 3.8" (electric blue / chartreuse) on a 1/8oz Core Tackle TUSH rig w/ a 2/0 hook. Nearly all bites were on the fall, on a semi slack line. The smallie hit a shad colored baby jackhammer with an electric blue 3.5" spunk shad trailer, from hog farmer.
