i and friend were there on march 20th and the lake was closed , are first time there and it stated open 7 days a week, till we got there monday thru thurs its closed and fishing is only on nthe campground side , down the hill from the BIG GREEN CHAIR, ? if you out of shape dont try the hill both down hill or up , VERY STEEP. ! when down to the location on the water no bites till 8:30am started at 7;00, 1 trout on corn powerbait, i was hoping to rent a boat but oh well. stocking happen that day at, 4:45 am not on the posted 17th of the month, but OF THE 17TH OF THE MONTH?dale at the gate is a great guy thank you. , but if you open 7 days , let it be 7 days not 3 days, !
