On May 20th, 1,500 pounds of catfish were stocked, and another stocking will occur in late June. The lake is now open until 12 am on Fridays and Saturdays, which is perfect for nighttime catfish fishing. Surprisingly, anglers are still catching trout out of Jennings, even with the water temperature pushing close to 70 degrees. Shore anglers are casting full-size nightcrawlers under bobbers, while trollers are pulling Rapalas and spoons.
