Lake Berryessa Fishing Report

Awesome day! Went 3 for 6. And my friend caught one but a couple of slobs for sure! Fish were jumping all around, creating a wake on the surface of the glass like water today. Almost trout like behavior. Visibility was amazing making site fishing pretty easy. Ideal conditions.

Beautiful weather and almost no fish to be had. Tried multiple locations and techniques. Caught 2 small fish today wife caught one. Lake was packed parking lot full. Water was more clear than a few weeks ago and the weather was great.

Weather playing a big part but the fish are still biting. Went out with a little rain and wind just to find that the Bass still wanted to play. Caught some nice ones and lost a few but that’s fishing. Come on out while the bite is on and get into some great fishing. Open dates still available in April.
