Had a solid fishing day at Lower Otay Lake! Used a drop shot rig with a Roboworm in a Aaron's Magic color pattern and focused on targeting fish hiding under grass patches in shallow to mid-depth areas. The bite was steady, with fish responding well to the slow, precise presentation near the vegetation. The weather was cloudy all day with occasional light sprinkles, creating ideal conditions for fishing. The subtle action of the Roboworm on the drop shot setup seemed to be the key to enticing bites. A great day out on the water despite the overcast skies!
