Water temps are climbing to the mid 60s, and the bass bite is on. Fish are hungry and active. The reaction bite is very good, especially with all types of crankbaits. Other folks are finding success with Texas-rigged soft plastic worms and creatures. Calm mornings are even sparking topwater action. Water clarity is clearing by the day. Crappie action is still hit-and-miss, but some anglers are pulling fish in the narrows.
