Bass action is fair, with the morning and evening bite being the best. Topwater and weightless soft plastics are catching shallow fish during lower light conditions. But once the sun hits, the bass are moving into 10-20 feet of water. Drop shots, weighted Senkos, or deep-running crankbaits are recommended.
