Local anglers are optimistic that the forecasted warmer weather improves the bite for largemouth and stripers. So far this spring, action has been slow for both. A few anglers are getting largemouth with slow finesse techniques, but nothing consistent. Stripers are hit n miss for both bait soakers and trollers.
