Lake is full and spilling over. Water is stained from all of the incoming water. Vibrating baits like Chatter baits, Spinner baits, and Crank baits are good producers under these conditions. I will be guiding exclusively on Berryessa this year due to the Golden Mussell invasion on the Delta. There are other lakes I guide on but for now this will be my home water.

The bite has been very good and getting better with Bass moving into pre spawn mode. We are finding fish from 5 to 20 feet and more fish are moving up every day.

This can be the best time of the year to get that fish of a lifetime. Booking trips for any day of the week.
