San Luis is churning out some excellent striped bass fishing. Anglers are trolling white-colored swimbaits or drifting large minnows for quality stripers averaging 22-28 inches, with the occasional double-digit giant. Shore casters and soaking anchovies for typically smaller fish. The bass guys are seeing very good evening top water bite (into the night) for big largies on frogs and prop baits.
