Elizabeth Lake Fishing Report

I caught 8 trout!! The weather was beautiful and the lake was empty!!! I was in trout heaven

Mice tails are the way to go right now and some rainbow power bait nuggets. Been doing pretty well every weekend with catching some decent 3 pounders

About two weeks ago, I fished for about 2 1/2 hours. I caught two and lost one that got me tangled up on a bushy tree about 10 feet out. The water is rising slowly, so there are lots of trees and bushes in the water. Pretty good-sized trout!
